Gem Bright White
Somebody creative and with a good eye?
I'm trying to recolor these icons for a video game. The problem is they appear in huge lists and they're all blue and white, so it's hard to sort through the lists. I've found by coloring a few of them it's easier to pick out which icon is which. Anyway, this is what I've got so far:

My 3 problems: My monitor is really bright and looks completely different than what other people see.
-I have no sense of color.
-Some of them seem like they would look better with 2 colors (like the first one, I think the gem should be red and everything else purple), but I'm not sure if this sort of thing is garish. And it's hard making a selection because the details are so tiny.
Any suggestions for improving the ones I've done or adding to the ones not done?
I definitely think you ought to use two colors on some of them, including the first one. The goblin is very bright, and the red one on the 4th row is a little difficult to understand. I love the lions, the castle (though I'd do closer to white than gray) and the goblet.

colored gems in my wedding bands?
Is it practical to have pink sapphires and diamonds in my wedding band? My engagement ring has a round brilliant cut stone and the band has seven round diamonds on each side, all are white BTW. I've seen a couple wedding/anniversary bands that have round pink sapphires and white diamonds on them. I think they're gorgeous and my wedding color is bright pink. Would it be weird to incorporate that into my ring set?
I don't see where there is a problem....
I'm considering pink gemstones for my wedding band as well, or possibly rubies.
