Key Mint Key

Does anyone know much about pennies? I stumbled across a penny looking coin, and I'm wondering what it is.
On one side is a large "P" encircled by the words "uncirculated" above, and "Philadelphia" below. On the back is a shield with scales and a key seperated by 13 stars. Above the shield is the word "treasury" and below are the words "United States Mint". I'm just curious about it. Thanks.
You have a mint medal from the Philadelphia mint. It is included in a mint set of coins from there. When mint sets are broken up by dealers who sell the coins separately they toss the medal into there so-called junk box and sell it for a quarter. There is also one for the Denver mint. They show up from time to time in change and in rolls of coins to take up space. They are a conversation piece and you can not tell what years mint set they were in. Hope this answers your question.

Key Chain by Mint $30 A key chain that's actually...a chain. The Mint Key Chain is comprised of three nickel-plated steel links, one of which is a split key ring that securely holds a variety of standard-sized keys. The MINT logo embossed on the third link tells others just how fresh you and your keys truly are. MINT Inc is a design collective founded by Alberto Mantilla, Anthony Baxter and Scott Henderson. The MINT name was chosen because mint connotes freshness as in the literal sense, but also because it has industrial meanings, as in the place or source of manufacture and invention. Mint is "Refreshing". The Mint Key Chain is available with the following: Details:Made of steelNickel-plated finishEmbossed with MINT logoShipping: This item usually ships within 48 hours. A magic key - Mint & Zakuro
What is the best Mojito recipe?
I like my own Mojitos, but I learned from the girlfriend of Key West's Mojito Master. And he doesn't measure exactly. So mine come out a little differently each time I make them. I would rather hear someone's first-hand recipe than use one from a recipe or cooking website. And how about Mint Juleps while we're at it?
Cuban Mojito recipe
the original authentic recipe from Havana Cuba
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Juice from 1 lime (2 ounces)
4 mint leaves
1 sprig of mint
Havana Club white Rum (2 ounces)
2 ounces club soda
(If you repost this recipe or my comments, I'd love a link back to this web page as your source, thanks!) There are countless recipes for the Mojito (pronounced moh-HEE-toh), but this version is for the one Hemingway himself enjoyed at the Mojito's place of birth: La Bodeguita del Medio in Havana, Cuba. If you are throwing a Cuban theme party (Havana night themed party), definitely plan on serving mojitos.
Place the mint leaves into a long mojito glass (often called a "collins" glass) and squeeze the juice from a cut lime over it. You'll want about two ounces of lime juice, so it may not require all of the juice from a single lime. Add the powdered sugar, then gently smash the mint into the lime juice and sugar with a muddler (a long wooden device pictured below, though you can also use the back of a fork or spoon if one isn't available). Add ice (preferably crushed) then add the rum and stir, and top off with the club soda (you can also stir the club soda in as per your taste). Garnish with a mint sprig.
