Mailers Self Seal
How do I send packages without going to the Post Office?
I want to send some two pairs of Headphones.( you know the small ones that go in your ear) I never sent a package before but at the same time i don't want to go to the Post Office. I already bought the Self-Sealing Bubble Mailer Envelope and the Address is on there, But i don't know what to do from there..
*How do i know how many stamps to put on the package?
*What do i do if the package gets sent back to me?
*How do i mail it from my house if i can?
Have UPS or Federal Express pick up the package for you.

Sending packages by mail or by courier can be a bit of a pain if you don’t have the proper, standard sized envelope or box that you are expected to wrap your precious cargo in. Of course, you probably don’t want to spend hours wrapping up parcels and wasting your time anyway so your best bet is to find a store that sells everything all together - packaging materials, mailing supplies, bubble wrap, shipping supplies, you name it. It is always so much easier to send a package if you have everything you need on hand, and it’s even easier if you make sure that you have the standard sized packaging materials as well just in case you get an extra charge for having a box or envelope that is too big.
Of course, your main objective when wrapping up whatever you are sending is to make sure that it is well protected and that it will arrive at its destination without being damaged. The smart thing to do would be to ensure that you always have packaging supplies on hand that are already made to prevent damage. Alternatively, having a little bit of bubble wrap in your storage cupboard is always a good back up plan.
Something that you should always have when it comes to mailing supplies is an assortment of bubble mailers. It’s your choice whether they are the Kraft or white versions, but it is definitely a good idea to have varying sizes of the mailers since you will inevitably have to send different sized articles at some point or another. A smart choice is to always choose self-sealing mailers, that way the glue will not lose its adhesive properties and you don’t have to go through the unbearable “lick and stick process” that really is not all that great for the taste buds. Unlike normal large mail envelopes, these mailers have a layer of bubble wrap fused to the inside for that little bit of extra protection. And for those people who prefer to save on shipping costs, these bubble mailers are incredibly lightweight so you save a little bit of cash.
Packaging materials not only apply to those mailers used in the postal service, but also by courier services as well. If you need to send something by courier and think a box is too large, your best bet is to use a poly courier mailer. These mailers are great for sending non-fragile items such as clothing and their tear-resistant feature helps you rest a little easier knowing that your package is virtually tamper-proof. Sending documents or photographs can be a little tricky – you want them to reach their destination unfolded, undented and pretty much in exactly the same shape they were when you sent them off. Stay flats are the solution to this problem. Constructed from Kraft chipboard, these envelopes are guaranteed to hold their shape and eliminate the need for stiffeners.
When it comes to having proper shipping supplies it is always a good idea to have good quality bubble wrap on hand. Whether you use big bubbles, small bubbles or a combination you are pretty much guaranteed that any fragile cargo will be tucked safely inside. Possibly the best type of bubble wrap you can get at the moment is anti-static bubble wrap which is great for protecting your electronic goods against static electricity. Packaging foam is also great for protecting your goods against scratching or to separate fragile items (such as crockery) so that they do not crack or damage each other in any way. This foam can also be used to protect furniture during a delivery, so your dining room set will arrive completely unscathed.
Having good quality shipping supplies and packaging materials on hand is a great time saver and is always a great way to make sure that no matter what you send off, it is sure to reach its destination in one piece.
