Telescopes...?
For my entire life I have been interested in astronomy... But I have finally made the decision to go out and buy a telescope.
I have come across one that is not to expensive… I want to know if the specs are good. or if anyone has any recommendations for other telescopes.

A telescope's performance depends on the sum of its parts. As you move into astronomy, you will begin to get away from the idea of an all inclusive kit and begin to assemble your own mix of components. The biggest problem with most beginner's scopes is that it is a kit; and, that by trying to include it all, they will force you to spend money on a number of cheap or useless accessories.
The scope that you are looking at is a decent starting point. You will probably want to replace the "fixed star pointer" with a 50mm finder scope (it will make things much easier to find), add a good 32mm eyepiece for low power viewing, save the star diagonal for another scope (they usually get in the way on a reflector), and add an inexpensive clock drive to your EQ-2.

You will also eventually want to add a good 2x barlow lens to double the performance range of your eyepiece set. (eg. 10mm, 20mm, 32mm eye pieces, with barlow become 5mm, 10mm, &16mm). Which illustrates why you usually wouldn't want to buy both a 10 and a 20mm eyepiece; it would have been better with a 10 and 25mm.
Make these changes and you will be well on your way to converting a "beginner's scope" into a good 114mm reflector set.

Where can I get Aluminum telescoping tubing in the US?
It needs to be square 2.5 x 2.5 In. with a .125 In. wall,
2.25 x 2.25 in x .125 wall,
and 2 x 2in x.125 wall
And each section needs to be about 8’ long.
Any suppliers?

Clearly written on the can it says something like "this can uses more aluminum and a regular can" so it is not Eco... I wasn't impressed with the flavor of the beer, it must have been the metal on my upper lip?

Aluminum Telescoping
Please help?
I already have a Celestron Starhopper 8 inch and am looking for something new like a good refractor. I am thinking of either getting the Celestron 4.7 Omni 120mm Refractor with XLT coatings or the Celestron C4-R Advanced Refractor.

Which telescope should I buy for a multipurpose use scope? Thank you very much for your help!
Both telescopes have a focal length of 1000mm, so they are roughly the same length.
The 120mm would be my recommendation also.
This particular Refractor is made by a company called "Synta" and is sold under various brand names.
This Refractor has gotten consistently great reviews praising it's sharp optics.
This is a sentiment I can fully endorse, since I own one. While your Reflector's forte is deep space objects, due to it's large aperture, this 120mm F/8.3 Refractor excels in sharp planetary, lunar and solar details, while still giving a good account of itself with the brighter deep space objects. You will see details in M42, the orion Nebula, that you've never seen before.
As soon as you can manage it, get a GOOD barlow lens for it, not for the extra magnification, but for the greater focal length which is a help in getting great planetary views with the larger image scale.
Might I suggest you take a look at the Orion version of this scope? My only criticism of the Celestron version is that the mount provided does the scope a disservice. It really needs the Eq-5 Mount ( aka Orion Sky View Pro ).
If you get the basic version of the mount, the cost will be comparable and you can add drive motors or even goto at a later date at your convenience. This would give you the opportunity to upgrade to a mount that would even let you use this Telescope for imaging.

How good is a Bushnell 150x50mm Refractor Telescope?
Other specifications i have are: Bushnell 150x50mm Refractor Telescope and Tripod. Features aluminum tube assembly, 4mm and 20mm objective eyepieces, equatorial and yoke mount, accessory tray, and rack-and-pinion focusing. How far will i be able to see with this? Would i be able to see Jupiter/Neptune?
If you can get another telescope, it would be better.
First the 150 x is deceptive. Any telescope is limited to 50 x per inch of aperture. Beyond that, it just gets fuzzier.
50 mm is two inches (about) so 100 times is the most you can hope for. 30 times is a more realistic number because you want to enhance light gathering also. The higher the magnification, the dimmer the image. Stick to the 20 mm eyepiece and this scope will serve as a beginner instrument.
Yes you can see Jupiter as a visible disk and even the four biggest Jupiter moons, tho they will just look like points of light. Neptune is well within its reach BUT since Neptune is barely visible to the naked eye, it is much harder to find than Jupiter. Since this telescope has no directional aid or finder scope, Neptune will be difficult. Mercury, Venus and Mars and Saturn are all within reach of this telescope. Star clusters like the "Bee Hive" and M13 (a bright globular cluster in the constellation Hercules) are within the reach of this telescope.
A reflector gives far more bang for the dollar than a refractor. Reflectors of 110 mm diameter and 900 mm focal length will allow a solid 200 times magnification.
