Chocolate mint crumb cheesecake recipe? Featured on DIY network's b.original or Creative juice?
Hi I recently caught just a brief segment of a craft show on DIY network, I can't seem to remember if it was Creative juice or B. original. it was a recipe for some sort of chocolate mint cheesecake featuring, bailey's (maybe I can't really remember)
I was hoping one of the lovely people on here would be able to find a link to said recipe. (I've been searching for 10 minutes and i can't find ity. xP)
1 3/4 cup Chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 cup Butter, melted
3 pkt Cream cheese, softened [3x250g]
3/4 cup Sugar
3 x Eggs
1/3 cup Creme de menthe liqueur or 3/4 ts mint extract with green food colour
3 x White chocolate squares, melted
1 x Frosted mint chocolate bar
Method :
Crust:
Combine chocolate wafer crumbs with melted butter. Press into bottom and 2 inches up sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
Filling:
Heat oven to 325F 160C. Beat cream cheese and sugar until very smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time, just until blended. Beat in liqueur and melted white chocolate. Pour over prepared crust and bake for 50 minutes or until centre is just set. Remove from oven and run knife around sides of pan to loosen. Cool at room temperature. Chill overnight.
Garnish:
Make curls by running a vegetable peeler along narrow edge of a frosted mint chocolate bar. Decorate cake.

How much are original beanie babies worth? All are in mint condition w/ tags.?
They are all in mint condition with hang tags, have never been handled and/or played with. They were all purchased when the babies first were issued. They range from all the bears down to all the McDonald's offerrings, still in the original plastic bags. I'm just curious if they are worth anything??
i would imagine alot. you can take them to a collectors shop or see how much they are going for on ebay.

what to use for this cherry/crescent rolls/cheesecake for a glaze?
I made the recipe below, but I had a problem with the bottom not cooking and the top cooking too much. Now it looks slightly brown and hard on top, and I'm not sure the bottom of the dough is actually cooked. I was thinking a glaze of some kind would help soften the hard dough on top... Any good ideas? I think it seems like a cherry cheesecake pretty much so far.
2 pkgs. Crescent Rolls
1 pkg. cream cheese,
1/2 cup confectionary sugar,
1tsp. Vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling,
1 egg white,
1 tsp. sugar.
Roll out crescent rolls in a rectangle (i do mine in a circle). Cut 1 inch strips all the way down both sides. You want to leave about 6 inches in the middle. Mix the cream cheese and sugar together and spread down the center. Spoon the Cherry Pie Filling over the top. If you use a fork you will not get all the juice. Fold the crescent rolls as in the video.
Mix egg white and 1 tsp. sugar and paint on top of crescent rolls. Bake 350 25-30 minutes.
confectioners sugar mixed with a little milk, makes a good glaze.

Does anyone know where i can make a Classical guitar?
I live in southern california and i think it would be fun if i could make my own guitar that way it can be something special not just something i bought in a music store. classical nylon string guitar.

Why can't I find a woman who wears nylons?
In California, women don't wear nylons anymore. If they do, I never see them. I wish, I wish...
Because the weather there is too warm to wear them.
I would guess that most women there have invested some time on getting a nice tan, and look after the condition of their legs. So why would they want to cover them up? (Yes, they can look and feel very nice, but that's not the point here)
ALSO, wearing hose is not very 'casual' these days. Most people associate them with formal dressing of some kind. So unless your going 'out' somewhere, like a fancy restaurant, a wedding, or something to that effect, you're not going to see them that much.
Just for the record, I love hose and have no difficulties wearing them (and I love how they feel). The biggest downside is that they are just so damn FRAGILE.
